Accomplishment Coaching
The Accomplishment Coaching Coaches’ Training Program has received the distinguished title of Accredited Coach Training Program by the International Coach Federation. Our Coach certification program offers the most rigorous and comprehensive training in the coaching industry.
A combination of career training and certification, leadership training and personal transformation Accomplishment Coaching gives our coaches the expertise, experience and confidence to take their coaching to the world. Our method is simple and powerful. We use a small group, in-person, in-depth, experiential method of training. The program is designed to have coaches identify and surmount their own barriers to being fully present with clients as access to powerfully coaching them. In addition to 12 in-person training weekends, the participants work one-on-one with a successful graduate coach for an hour each week for an entire year. The Core Competencies of the International Coach Federation (ICF) are used to assess all practice coaching sessions.
We train individuals in becoming life, organizational and business coaches worldwide and offer in person training in readily accessible cities in San Diego, New York, Seattle and Chicago.
