This program is fully accredited by the International Coach Federation. The on-site 19-day cohort program spans 6 months. Each course is 3 or 4 full days. The format includes large group learning, small group learning, individual coaching for all participants, as well as field work coaching leaders within organizations. Students come from all over the globe to spend time in the Georgetown learning community.
The program design is based on numerous disciplines including ontology, psychology, sociology, and organization development, and program faculty are practitioners who are committed to the art and science of coaching within organizations. The program integrates coaching with leadership and organization development, and requires that in addition to holding a degree, applicants must have significant experience in leadership, change, HR, psychology, or related disciplines.
