IDC Institut de Coaching is a coach training organization, based in Geneva Switzerland,  dedicated to the training and development of coaching skills, on the Personal and Professional level. We have three  main programs: 1/"Formation Professionnelle en Coaching", with certification,  ICF ACTP. 2/ "Master's in Leadership and Communication", ICF ACSTH, 3/ Formation "Coaching d' entreprises" , for Corporate  Coaches. Our "Formation professionnelle en coaching" is conducted in person, with 2 types of training: A/ An 8 months-program conducted in four by 4 days courses (4 modules).  B / An intensive program conducted in 20 days residential training, designed as "Summer University" training.After successful completion of the 4 modules, the five-months certification program takes place via teleconferences, video sessions, lab.(one-on-one supervision of coaching for 3 days) , a supervision workshop and one day exam.

This  program is designed to give our students a solid body of coaching skills as well as to take them on a self-discovery journey. It is based on the perspective that each person is whole, resourceful and has potential "unknown" capabilities.We believe that, when the coach works on the "real thing" the client grows and the coaching takes its full dimension for the coachee. Learning is through"hands-on-doing", through personal and group integration.
