Adler’s ICF-Accredited Coach Training Program blends face-to-face intensive and distance learning at locations in Canada, USA, Scandinavia, France, UK, and Turkey. Adler’s model is grounded in respected intellectual disciplines, including nine guiding principles about “being human” drawn from Alfred Adler, a grandfather of coaching. Students take away an extensive array of practical skills plus the enrichment of a deeply transformational experience, often described as “the best learning experience of my life”. Adler’s approach helps shift the coach’s mindset from merely “doing coaching” to “BEing a coach”. Adler will help you coach more masterfully and with greatest impact. Fellow students include organizational leaders/managers; internal/external human relations/training specialists; and individuals from many other walks of life. While Adler’s program provides a particularly rich grounding in coaching for the workplace, our holistic approach is powerful in any domain.
