Baraka Institute: Leadership Development & Coach Training Center, Portland, Oregon offers two coach certification programs; Whole Person Design Life
Coaching and Whole System Design Executive/Leadership Coaching.
Training programs offer a mix of in-person training, web-based resources, and teleconference sessions designed to maximize learning while minimizing time in the classroom. The trainings align with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) core competencies and are currently in process for ICF accreditation.
Our Whole Person Design Life Coach Certification provides coach candidates with tools and techniques to work with multiple intelligences engaging the mind, body and heart through intuitive and relational knowing. Program participants are well-equipped to serve a wide variety of clients and niches. Past graduates included: well-being professionals, teachers, marketing and real estate professionals, attorneys, homemakers, and consultants who want to add coaching as a tool to start a new or enhance an existing business.
The Whole System Design Executive/Leadership Certification provides a strong theoretical framework and utilizes a learning-in-action methodology to develop
coaches' and organizational leaders' abilities to coach in the work place to enhance individual, team and workplace system performance results. Past participants included: human resource professionals, trainers, coaches, managers, and consultants wanting to add coaching to their tool kit. Students become part of a thriving community of professionals dedicated to continued personal and business development, collaboration, and offering quality coaching services to diverse clientele.
