Professional Coach Training Program (PCTP)
An Accredited Coach Training Program

The PCTP offers you some of the best coaching practices, enabling you to create a stimulating environment to help your clients obtain their business or professional goals faster and to face the most demanding challenges.

Since 1997, we have trained more than 3,000 managers-coaches and 500 professional coaches. Our approach about professional coaching is inspired from the best practices in North America and Europe. We are convinced that at the end of this training, you will clearly represent value added for your internal or external clients.

We are a virtual business with many partners in Canada, the United-States of America, Europe and North Africa.  We have a network of over 3,500 members around the world.

What is the Professional Coach Training Program (PCTP)?
The PCTP is a 128-Hour Accredited CoachTraining Program. Through the program, you will acquire core competencies to be a professional coach, along with some of the best coaching practices.  The program prepares you to obtain a certification from Coaching de gestion inc. as well as your professional credentials from the International Coach Federation (ICF).Our program is accredited by ICF since 2003. The PCTP is a self-learning program based on discussions and practice. You will acquire solid skills in professional coaching.

Which methodology do we use?
You have the opportunity to receive this training directly from your office or in the comfort of your home. In-class training is also available (Montreal, Ottawa, Brussels, Paris, Tunis, Casablanca).
Teleclass Training: The program is offered by experimented coach-leaders via weekly phone conferences that we call “Tele-classes”.  Our participants come from different parts of the world, enriching discussions with different cultural and professional backgrounds.  8 to 16 participants gather in the same virtual classroom for one hour after preparing with the self-study material. During each session, emphasis is put on a case study and coaching practice. Participants are encouraged to develop partnerships to enhance their learning process.
In-class Training: Class size is limited to a maximum of 16 participants. The program is offered over a 14-month period (9 sessions of 2 consecutive days every 6 to 8 weeks).

What is the content of the Program?
The PCTP is divided in two cycles, each leading to two levels of ICF professional credentials.  Modules have 3 or 4 sessions of 60 to 75 minutes each.  An experienced coach-leader, who is a professional coach, shares his knowledge with you and other people like you working in the business or organizational whose desire is to obtain new skills in coaching. You should be able to complete your program on 12 to 18 months period. Even though Tele-Classes are the core of PCTP, you will discover quickly that contacts with other coaches coming from everywhere in the world will become an important part of your training.
