Coaching Development Ltd.

Coaching Development's comprehensive training programmes are designed for the development of effective, authentic professional coaches. They challenge individuals to move beyond technique and embody the deeper awareness, attitudes and skills essential to authentic and effective coaching. Our approach is rigorously client-centred, co-creative, non-directive and holistic.

The Certificate in Coaching Skills is a highly experiential, face-to-face, 20-day training delivered in five 4-day modules (one module per month for five months). The Certificate (135 Approved Coach Specific Training Hours) provides the full training component of the Diploma in Coaching which is designated as an ACTP by the ICF. The Diploma is completed through a 6-9 month post-training programme of continuing professional development, including regular coach supervision, observed sessions, peer practice groups and a comprehensive assessment process.

The Certificate in Coach Supervision develops and supports the critical role of coach supervisor. It is open to trained and experienced coaches and runs over 12 days, in four 3-day modules, again all face-to-face, and is recognized as Continuing Coach Education by the ICF.

Our programmes run twice a year starting in March and September. (The Certificate in Coach Supervision runs once a year from April to September.) We are passionate about the development of coaching as a profession. Our reputation for excellence in this field is based on clear ethical standards, thorough face-to-face experiential training, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
