The Coaches Training Institute's (CTI) Co-Active coaching model is based on the philosophy that clients are naturally creative, resourceful and whole. Co-active coaching is about designing a powerful alliance to forward and enhance the lifelong process of the client's learning, effectiveness and fulfillment. What set's CTI's program apart is the immediate way that students "Be" coaches versus "Doing" coaching, as well as the level of authenticity and intimacy that are created in both CTI's learning environment and in the Co-active coaching relationship.

CTI courses are intense, in-person learning experiences that immediately improve the quality of one's coaching. The Co-Active Coaching Course is an introduction to CTI's model and includes elements of Fulfillment, Balance and Process (Intermediate courses). Fulfillment allows clients to let go of preconceived rules and limitations and step into what truly brings them alive. Balance coaching helps clients make powerful life choices by finding new perspectives, commitment and action to get there. Process is about being with clients wherever they are, allowing them to fully experience themselves and feel known. In the Bones is the final intermediate course that allows coaches to use their intuition and provides the polish, depth, and courage to respond to a wide variety of clients and coaching situations.

Certification is a six-month tele-course to train coaches in absolute competency and on to ever greater mastery as a Co-Active Coach. It includes hands-on coaching, ongoing group work, and one-on-one supervision of coaching interactions. Participants are called forth and take their coaching to the next level.
