Fielding Graduate University: Graduate-Level Evidence Based Coaching Certificates Year Long Graduate-Level Certificate: This program involves three 12 week online courses, 20 telephone training hours, and 2 face-to-face residential training sessions (one 4 day and one 5 day). Program completion grants participants ACTP certification from the International Coach Federation plus 12 units of graduate-level credit, at either the masters or doctorate level. (Fielding is one of the only universities in America granting PhD credit for coaching certification.) Annual enrollment dates: September, January, May. 12 Week Graduate-Level Certificate: This blended program involves 12 weeks online and 2 telephone training sessions. Program completion grants participants 40 coach continuing education credits from the ICF and 4 units of graduate-level academic credit. Annual enrollment dates: September, January, May. Coach Continuing Education Credit Courses: Fielding offers a range of continuing education courses including Appreciative Coaching; Coaching and Action Research; and Evaluation and Use of Assessments in Coaching. All courses involve 12 weeks online and 2 telephone training sessions.
