The Forton Group: The Professional Leadership Coach Training Programme

Coach training designed to organisations’ needs: a systematic grounding in professional coaching skills, principles and ethics, producing skilled executive coaches, competent in career, performance and leadership coaching. Primary goals are to train to a professional level of coaching competence and provide tools and practices that enable coaching to be most effective for managers, executives, and leaders.

The full ICF-accredited Coach Training Programme is made up of five modules: Foundation, Developing and Advanced Leadership Coach Training (which, when taken together, make up the ICF’s requirements for their ‘Associate Certified Coach’ credential) and modules four and five “The Leadership Coach’s Journey” and “Final Destination” (which takes the student to the ICF’s ‘Professional Certified Coach’ credential).

Additional specialist short courses and modules are available for experienced coaches, including classes on leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Dynamic Speaking and strengths-based coaching. We also offer Coach Supervision, Supervision Training, Train-the-Trainer and licensing options to bring courses in-house.
