After acceptance to the program, books, worksheets, and other materials (all included in the tuition) are supplied so the student can begin training immediately. All live modules are wonderfully experiential 3-day intensives, specifically designed to develop superior coaching skills.

The foundation of your coach training program:
iPEC has become renowned for developing some of the best coaches anywhere due to our proprietary, Core Energy Coaching and Energy Leadership Processes. Our methodology not only helps clients break through to sustainable success in an amazingly short period of time, but also fully empowers the coach to live his or her life in a remarkable new way. You learn this methodology, not just through teleclass learning, but through our intensive live modules. These live weekends (four 3-day weekends throughout the training) enable you to learn new skills and apply them immediately. You learn through hours and hours of practice and experience in an environment where no mistakes can be made and only exceptional professional and business growth and development can occur. Many of our students cite the intensive, experiential learning model that we use as directly responsible for the profound confidence that they have even in their first coaching assignments. For those who go on to open their own coaching practices, they, too, cite their confidence in their acquired skills and the time the iPEC program devotes to business development and getting started as the primary reasons why they have become successful. Our programs and service offerings are geared toward individuals looking to become certified professional coaches, experienced coaches who want to develop their skills, individuals and entrepreneurs seeking to attain their personal and professional goals, staff members of human resource and training departments, and managers and executives within corporations and non-profit organizations. We hope you decide to join our diverse and talented community of coaches and continue to spread the success of this powerful and transforming work. Collectively, we make the world a happier, more enlightened place -- one person and one business at a time.
